Overview

The Global Support Credit Controller will support local credit control teams across the Customs Support Group by managing operational tasks and ensuring effective collection activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in credit control, with 2 years in a global role.
• Experience in managing credit control processes across jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and credit risk management.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in credit management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in English; additional languages like German or Italian are a plus.
• Familiarity with international credit control regulations is advantageous.
