Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in real estate property management.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation preferred.
• Possess a real estate license.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• Experience in managing teams and vendor relations.
• Ability to analyze and negotiate commercial leases.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
