In Short

• Remote position managing a Retail portfolio in the Bay Area.
• NOI and direct management oversight of assigned retail properties.
• Responsibilities include property management, operations, maintenance, and client relations.
• Support the leasing team and manage financial reporting.
• Develop and implement business plans for properties.
• Build relationships to retain and expand business opportunities.
• Project and achieve budgeted financial goals.
• Must live in the Bay Area for property visits.
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial property management required.
• Real Estate License required within 90 days.

Requirements

• College graduate preferred.
• In-depth understanding of financial aspects of property performance.
• Competency using Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively.
