Senior Property Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Property Manager is responsible for managing properties in accordance with JLL standards and procedures, achieving financial results, and ensuring client and tenant satisfaction.

• Cross-sell JLL services and take on additional tasks as needed.
• Must be on-site in Allentown, PA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of seven years of commercial real estate or property management experience.
• Experience managing a team of three or more.
• Strong mathematical and financial analysis skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and budget applications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel within the local region.
• Real Estate License required within six months of hire.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Client-focused approach with strong organizational skills.
