Overview

The Senior Property Manager (CRE) is responsible for overseeing property management staff and managing a significant portfolio of properties while maintaining relationships with third-party owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate property management.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation preferred.
• Possess a real estate license.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• Proven management experience and team leadership skills.
• Experience in analyzing and negotiating contracts.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
