Overview

The Senior Property Manager (CRE) will oversee property management staff and a significant portfolio, serving as a key point of contact for third-party relationships while ensuring compliance with management policies.

Requirements

• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation preferred.
• Real estate license required.
• Strong financial and building operations knowledge.
• Proven management and leadership skills.
• Experience in negotiating commercial leases.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
