Overview

As a Project Lead for Interior Fitout projects, you will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of the project from planning to completion, ensuring successful execution while meeting client expectations, adhering to quality standards, and optimizing time and cost.

In Short

  • Lead the interior fitout project from start to finish.
  • Provide clear direction and leadership to the project team.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules using Microsoft Project.
  • Ensure high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and local regulations.
  • Monitor project finances and collaborate with the financial department.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and project teams.
  • Contribute to business development and identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 12-15 years of relevant experience in managing interior fitout projects.
  • Strong understanding of interior construction techniques and materials.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage project teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle project scope changes and conflicts.
  • Willingness to work extended hours based on project requirements.
