Project Leader - Remote

Overview

Lead engagements within our growing portfolio of impactful work with governments, place-based organizations and philanthropies working to improve economic mobility in US communities.

In Short

• Manage project teams and delegate tasks for efficient execution.
• Lead problem-solving sessions to identify root causes and develop solutions.
• Design stakeholder reporting and develop client reports and dashboards.
• Facilitate effective meetings and workshops for consensus building.
• Build key relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Navigate complex engagements with empathy and influence.
• Support practice and domain development in Economic Mobility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in consulting or public sector.
• Proven track record in team leadership.
• Experience managing complex projects and programs.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Must be based in and have work authorization in the United States.
