Maintenance Technician, Multifamily - Remote

Overview

The Maintenance Technician provides support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents, ensuring quality move-ins and residential satisfaction.

In Short

• Prepare make ready apartments including painting, carpet repairs, and general repairs.
• Respond to resident requests in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of maintenance functions such as plumbing, HVAC, and basic electric.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and dog park amenities.
• On-call scheduling may be required for after hour emergencies.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Deliver superior customer service at all times.
• Maintain safety procedures and safeguard company tools.
• Achieve high productivity through reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's license and relevant certifications.
• Ability to read and understand documents such as policy manuals.
• High School Diploma, GED, or vocational training.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Ability to deal with routine problems effectively.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Follow all safety procedures.
