Maintenance Technician, Multifamily - Remote

Overview

The Maintenance Technician provides support and accountability for delivering quality service to residents, ensuring satisfaction and timely responses to service needs.

In Short

• Prepares apartments for move-in, including repairs and cleaning.
• Responds to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Knowledgeable in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry.
• Maintains common areas and amenities for safety and cleanliness.
• On-call scheduling may be required for emergencies.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Attends training programs as required.
• Delivers superior customer service at all times.
• Maintains safety procedures and company tools.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Valid Driver's license and relevant certifications (EPA 608, CPO).
• Ability to read and understand maintenance manuals and instructions.
• Ability to compute rates and prepare reports.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions.
