Maintenance Technician, Multifamily - Remote

Overview

The Maintenance Technician provides support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents, ensuring quality move-ins and residential satisfaction.

In Short

• Prepares make ready apartments including repairs and cleaning.
• Responds to resident requests in a timely manner.
• Knowledgeable of maintenance functions such as plumbing and HVAC.
• Maintains grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• On-call scheduling for after-hour emergencies may be required.
• Delivers superior customer service to residents.

• Must hold valid driver's license and relevant certifications.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Ability to read and understand maintenance instructions.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
