Maintenance Technician, Multifamily - Remote

Overview

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring quality move-ins and resident satisfaction by providing timely and professional maintenance services.

In Short

• Prepare make ready apartments including painting and repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain grounds and common areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Perform maintenance as scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, and carpentry skills required.
• Participate in training programs as required.
• Dress in accordance with company uniform standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain tools and equipment.
• On-call scheduling may be required for emergencies.
• Deliver superior customer service at all times.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and EPA 608 certification required.
• Ability to understand and follow safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to compute rates and prepare reports.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
• Must be able to work in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
