Maintenance Technician - Remote

Overview

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting with the operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial buildings and maintenance equipment.

In Short

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Technical training in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel & Word.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Strong technical proficiency and sense of urgency.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to maintenance.
• Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
• Knowledge of safety codes and regulations.
