Maintenance Technician - Remote

Overview

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting with the operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings and maintenance equipment for assigned facilities.

In Short

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and systems.
• Clean, lubricate, and service various equipment.
• Respond to emergency situations and customer service requests.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for unsafe conditions.
• Maintain fire and life safety systems.
• Perform carpentry and snow removal as necessary.

• 2+ years of related experience is preferred.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Technical training in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong technical proficiency and flexibility.
• Initiative and sense of urgency in completing tasks.
• Physical ability to perform job functions including lifting and moving.
• Experience in a commercial property setting is a plus.
• Ability to comply with all applicable codes and regulations.
