Maintenance Technician II - Remote

Overview

The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment to ensure production and quality standards are met.

In Short

• Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, automation, and robotics.
• Troubleshoot and repair out-of-service equipment.
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS.
• Mentor junior maintenance personnel.
• Assist in facility/building project work.
• Analyze production delays and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee projects related to building efficiency improvements.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Be available for on-call requests and overtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience with conveyor or robotics equipment.
• Associates Degree in relevant fields preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for business.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to learn new equipment.
• Certifications in machinery operation preferred.
• Experience with safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a team and mentor others.
