Field Maintenance Technician - Remote

Overview

Euronet is looking for a Field Maintenance Technician to support and manage operational activities on our network of ATMs installed in Rome and its province.

In Short

• Ordinary management of ATMs installed at retail points.
• Regular cleaning and maintenance of ATMs, accessories, and peripherals.
• Basic maintenance activities, component replacement, and minor repairs.
• Installation and replacement of branded accessories.
• Daily monitoring of ATM points with internal and external inspections.
• Preparation of intervention reports and anomaly detection through photographic documentation.
• Daily verification of ATM operational status (functionality and public accessibility).
• Presence and contact with merchants during visits to ATMs.
• Communication with internal and external suppliers (specialized maintenance, installers, cash transport companies, security, etc.).
• Collaboration with suppliers for installations and technical services, including site inspections.
• Collaboration with the sales force to support merchants.

Requirements

• Experience in technical support or maintenance roles.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic technical knowledge of ATM operations.
• Problem-solving skills.
