Field Maintenance Technician - ATM Networks - Remote

Overview

Euronet seeks to employ a Field Maintenance Technician to support the operational activities on our network of ATMs installed in Marrakesh.

In Short

• First line maintenance of ATMs. Training will be provided.
• Daily monitoring of ATM points with internal and external inspections.
• Performance of small repairs in the ATM, maintaining cleanliness of ATMs and visual presentations functional and in line with guidelines.
• Performance of Audits on the ATM status.
• Communication with internal and external suppliers (specialized maintenance, installers, cash transport companies, security, etc.).
• Collaboration with the sales force to support merchants.

Requirements

• Technical knowledge of ATM operations.
• Ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
