Maintenance Technician - Remote

Overview

The Maintenance Technician supports store operations by performing preventative and general maintenance activities to ensure equipment longevity and minimize downtime.

In Short

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on store equipment.
• Conduct light carpentry, minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Pressure washing, painting, and maintaining store assets.
• Complete special projects as requested by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of general construction and building maintenance.
• Experience with HVAC and refrigeration preferred.
• Ability to prioritize workload without direct supervision.
• Ability to operate a smartphone for communication.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and climb ladders.
• Ability to work under stressful situations.
• Experience repairing restaurant equipment is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Flexibility in job duties as needed.
