The Field Assistant Audit Supervisor position supports the Operations Department in auditing stores and managing audit teams effectively.

In Short

• Count merchandise accurately at store level.
• Communicate audit results to relevant departments.
• Manage up to three person crews during audits.
• Schedule audits and coordinate with store analysts.
• Research findings of audits as directed.
• Ensure accurate entry of figures into the accounting system.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs for accurate counting.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in Retail Management or Auditing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures.
• Team player with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to use a computer and handheld scanner.
• Ability to stand, bend, and climb ladders for long periods.
• Ability to lift merchandise accurately.
