Maintenance Technician II - Remote

Overview

The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various equipment to ensure production and quality standards are met.

In Short

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair out of service equipment.
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS.
• Mentor junior maintenance personnel.
• Assist in facility/building project work.
• Analyze production delays and initiate corrective actions.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Follow safety procedures during maintenance tasks.
• Available for on-call requests and overtime.
• Work with various machinery and equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in conveyor or robotics maintenance.
• Associates Degree in relevant fields preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of PLC logic systems.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for business.
• Ability to work long hours and at heights.
• Experience with safety procedures such as Lock Out/Tag Out.
• Ability to write documents and reports.
