The Maintenance Technician provides essential support to residents by ensuring quality move-ins and delivering superior customer service.

• Prepare make-ready apartments including repairs and cleaning.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and amenities.
• Participate in on-call scheduling for emergencies.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver's license.
• EPA 608 Type II certification.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and operate office machinery.
• Knowledge of state and federal fair housing laws.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to solve routine problems.
• Knowledge of safety procedures.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
