Lead Maintenance Technician, Multifamily - Remote

Overview

The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for the operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings and facilities.

In Short

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
• Clean, lubricate, and service various mechanical and hydraulic devices.
• Install and modify building equipment and systems.
• Replace and repair building finishes.
• Respond to emergency situations and customer service requests.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for unsafe conditions.
• Maintain fire and life safety systems.
• Perform carpentry and snow removal when necessary.
• Comply with safety training and uniform dress code.
• May work extended hours during emergencies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Technical training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or plumbing.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work independently during certain shifts.
