Maintenance Technician, Multifamily - Remote

Overview

The Maintenance Technician for Multifamily properties is responsible for the operation, troubleshooting, and repairs of various systems and equipment within commercial buildings.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to work independently and respond to emergency situations.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Flexibility to work extended periods and on-call duties.
• Competent knowledge of tools and equipment used in maintenance.
• Ability to follow safety training and protocols.
• Strong initiative and multi-tasking abilities.
