The Maintenance Technician provides essential support to residents by ensuring quality move-ins and high residential satisfaction through timely service and personal attention.

• Prepare make-ready apartments including painting and repairs.
• Respond to resident requests with professionalism.
• Maintain grounds, pools, and common areas.
• Participate in on-call scheduling for emergencies.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Valid Driver's license and EPA 608 certification.
• Ability to read and understand maintenance manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws.
• Basic computer skills.
