Maintenance Technician, Multifamily - Remote

Overview

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring quality move-ins and maintaining resident satisfaction through timely service and professional support.

In Short

• Prepare make-ready apartments including painting and repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain grounds, pools, and common areas.
• Participate in on-call scheduling for emergencies.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain company tools.
• Attend training programs as required.
• Deliver superior customer service.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Valid Driver's License and EPA 608 certification.
• Knowledge of maintenance functions including plumbing and HVAC.
• Ability to read and understand documents and instructions.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Must follow all safety procedures.
