Maintenance Technician, Multifamily - Remote

Overview

The Maintenance Technician provides support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents, focusing on quality move-ins and superior customer service.

In Short

• Prepares make ready apartments including painting and repairs.
• Responds to resident requests in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of maintenance functions such as plumbing and HVAC.
• Maintains grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• On-call scheduling may be required for emergencies.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Participates in training programs as required.
• Delivers superior customer service at all times.
• Follows all safety procedures and maintains tools and equipment.
• Achieves high productivity through reliable attendance.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's license and relevant certifications.
• High School Diploma, GED, or vocational training.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents.
• Ability to compute rates and prepare reports.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Demonstrates commitment to safety procedures.
