Maintenance Technician, Multifamily - Remote

Overview

The Maintenance Technician provides support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents, ensuring quality move-ins and residential satisfaction.

In Short

• Prepares make ready apartments, including painting and repairs.
• Responds to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks.
• Maintains grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Participates in training programs as required.
• Delivers superior customer service at all times.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Follows all safety procedures and maintains company tools.
• May be required to be on call for after-hour emergencies.
• Ensures high productivity through reliable attendance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience in maintenance.
• Valid Driver's license and EPA 608 certification required.
• Ability to read and understand maintenance instructions.
• Ability to compute rates and prepare reports.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
