Overview

The Helpdesk Senior Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate lease data and acting as the main point of contact between clients and team members, ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency.

In Short

  • Record and maintain lease data for operational management.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and the team.
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to manage property issues.
  • Manage helpdesk for maintenance queries.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and data quality controls.
  • Assist in the delivery of reports and KPI tracking.
  • Provide training and support to new joiners.
  • Maintain records and documentation on shared drives.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt in a changing environment.

Requirements

  • BSC/MSC degree required.
  • 1 year of client care or real estate operations experience.
  • Upper-intermediate English language skills.
  • Knowledge of another European language is a plus.
  • Strong IT literacy and intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proactive and willing to learn.
  • Strong work ethic and flexibility during times of change.
