Critical Equipment Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Equipment Manager to manage the compliant-specific operation of our essential facility systems.

In Short

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Fire Life Safety program.
• Develop and implement comprehensive FLS preventative maintenance schedules.
• Maintain multi-year NFPA required maintenance program.
• Provide expert guidance and support to the Facility team.
• Monitor HVAC system performance and advise on optimization strategies.
• Act as the SME for the Building Management System (BMS).
• Partner closely with the CMMS team for maintenance schedules.
• Manage the Generator and Diesel compliance program.
• Conduct regular audits of FLS systems for compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing critical equipment programs.
• Demonstrated expertise in Fire Life Safety (NFPA standards).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems.
• In-depth knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms.
• Experience with generator and diesel system compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
