Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2 to 5+ years of Corporate Recruitment experience.
• Experience in an Architecture or Engineering firm.
• Proficiency in Jobvite, Deltek Vantagepoint, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to act with integrity and professionalism.
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
