Overview

The Field Technical Analyst is a point of contact for technical & KPI analysis for CSN Field Operations Team within Quebec & Eastern Canada, assisting licensees to improve their business operations.

In Short

  • Be a point of contact for technical analysis and repair related information.
  • Assist CSN licensees with industry needs using in-depth automotive knowledge.
  • Resolve high urgency issues and store concerns.
  • Conduct targeted estimate auditing to support insurance KPI performance.
  • Identify opportunities to help licensees leverage the CSN System.
  • Report progress and activity monthly on various topics.
  • Assist with new shop onboarding and training.
  • Work with management to improve shop operations.
  • Present findings regarding complex issues to all parties.
  • Participate in developing store action plans.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English and French).
  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • Experience in technical analysis and case management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct audits and provide actionable feedback.
  • Familiarity with OEM equipment and training requirements.
  • Experience in developing training materials.
  • Proficiency in reporting and performance analysis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
