Overview

The Field Operations Manager is responsible for supporting CSN Licensees in the Ontario region, helping them grow and improve their business operations through the CSN System.

In Short

• Primary point of contact for CSN Licensees in Ontario.
• Understand and address store needs.
• Conduct quarterly meetings with stores to discuss performance.
• Lead virtual and in-person regional meetings.
• Resolve store concerns and urgent issues.
• Assist with training and development of licensees.
• Report progress and challenges to the FOM-Team Lead.
• Collaborate with other teams to execute strategies.
• Support licensees in utilizing marketing and operational tools.
• Identify strategic action items for business improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in operations management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
