Overview

As a Field Action Operations Manager - EMEA, you will play a pivotal role within the Quality Team, leading and managing a dedicated group to ensure the efficient and compliant execution of Field Actions across the EMEA region.

In Short

• Lead the execution phase of all Field Actions within EMEA.
• Manage a team of PMQ Specialists.
• Ensure meticulous maintenance of all records associated with Field Action execution.
• Prepare, track, and monitor metrics related to process performance.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements.
• Collaborate with other BD regions and Business Unit PMQ associates.
• Elevate the Culture of Quality through education and training programs.
• Support the EMEA and Global Quality organization with additional duties.
• Foster a culture of quality and operational excellence.
• Work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject area.
• Proven experience in medical device QA and/or RA.
• 2 years of people management experience.
• Experience in managing projects across multiple geographic locations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English.
• Ability to build effective partnerships with stakeholders.
• Strong project management and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Detail-oriented approach to work.
• Project management qualification is desirable.
