• Conduct initial contact and respond to incoming inquiries from potential customers.
• Qualify leads by assessing customer needs, project requirements, and budget.
• Provide basic product information and initial consultation to prospects.
• Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in HubSpot.
• Communicate effectively with both B2B and B2C clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by providing timely and professional responses.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English (C1/C2).
• Ability to engage with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with customer service or sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
