In Short

• Lead a team of MSSP, OEM, and Alliance Account Managers.
• Oversee renewal management for MSSP, OEM, and Alliance partners.
• Drive operational rigor and execution through cross-functional partnership.
• Support Alliance and MSSP Sales teams in protecting and expanding ARR.
• Establish KPIs and reporting to measure retention and deal velocity.
• Create controls to ensure proper renewal quoting and contract integrity.
• Implement automated workflows for quoting intake and tracking.
• Partner with various departments to build a world-class Alliance renewal engine.
• Develop, coach, and scale a high-performing team.
• Foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Relevant industry experience in High Tech / SaaS.
• Strong understanding of MSSP, Channel, or Alliance go-to-market models.
• 6+ years of experience managing Renewals Specialists or similar teams.
• Experience managing SaaS subscription renewals.
• Deep understanding of complex pricing structures and contracts.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and Salesforce CPQ.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
• Highly organized and analytical.
