Overview

Cross Border Talents is looking for a German speaking Customer Support Representative to work for a global leading provider remotely in Portugal!

In Short

• Provide customer service via incoming calls, live chat, emails, and social media channels.
• Assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues.
• Adapt the brand's voice and tone for interactions on various channels.
• Respond to customer escalations and document relevant case information.
• Native level of German (C1-C2 level) required.
• Fluency in English (at least B2 level) required.
• Outstanding communication and typing skills needed.
• Organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills are important.
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Availability to work on rotational shifts.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
