Remote French Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Overview

We are looking for a French + English speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international support team based in Greece. In this role, you will provide professional and friendly assistance to customers, ensuring a positive experience through every interaction.

In Short

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French and English
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve issues effectively and follow up with customers when needed

Requirements

• Fluent in French (C1 or higher) and English (B2 or higher)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be based in Greece (remote work setup available)
• Valid work permit for Greece (EU citizenship or residence permit)
