As a Customer Experience Representative for CropX, you will play a central role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers using our precision sensor devices and data on farms and vineyards.
In Short
Support customers in the farming sector via phone, email, and chat.
Provide remote coordination and dispatch for field agents.
Establish regular communication with customers during and outside their crop management season.
Collaborate with the sales team for account management and growth opportunities.
Assist with order and returns processing.
Coach customers on leveraging the CropX platform.
Find creative solutions to new issues.
Advocate for customer needs to drive product improvements.
Develop and maintain knowledge of the CropX product suite.
Requirements
Experience in customer support or related field.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to coordinate logistics effectively.
Knowledge of agriculture technology is a plus.
Problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales and field teams.
