Overview

As a Customer Experience Representative for CropX, you will play a central role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers using our precision sensor devices and data on farms and vineyards.

In Short

  • Support customers in the farming sector via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide remote coordination and dispatch for field agents.
  • Establish regular communication with customers during and outside their crop management season.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for account management and growth opportunities.
  • Assist with order and returns processing.
  • Coach customers on leveraging the CropX platform.
  • Find creative solutions to new issues.
  • Advocate for customer needs to drive product improvements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the CropX product suite.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support or related field.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate logistics effectively.
  • Knowledge of agriculture technology is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and field teams.
