Overview

This role is for a Senior Technical Support & Analytics Engineer at Crogl, where you will work on revolutionizing security operations with AI while providing top-notch technical support to customers.

In Short

• Serve as primary technical support contact for Crogl customers.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
• Develop and implement security operations use cases for customers.
• Deliver compelling demonstrations of Crogl's capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering to address escalations and create new features.

Requirements

• A passion for diagnosing and solving problems for customers.
• Experience with databases, datalakes, and log tools (Postgres, Databricks, Splunk).
• Experience with AI components (LLMs, Vector DBs, containers).
• Understanding of security operations use cases and workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts.
