In Short

• Establish and maintain insurance claims.
• Request, track, and acquire medical records and bills.
• Verify balances owed to medical providers.
• Prepare and dispatch subrogation requests.
• Provide written treatment-status updates to clients.
• Work closely with in-house case managers.
• Report directly to the firm’s Case Managers.
• Operate within SmartAdvocate CRM and Microsoft 365.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in personal injury matters.
• Proficiency in legal CRMs, preferably SmartAdvocate.
• Must have a Windows-based computer.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proactive and detail-oriented work style.
• Full-time availability for U.S. hours.
