Cribl is a remote-first company looking for a collaborative and motivated Business Systems Analyst who is passionate about systems administration and business analysis to support high-performing teams.

In Short

• Work with Product Managers and Engineering on Salesforce and other business applications.
• Assist in requirements gathering, process discovery, and solution design.
• Participate in user management, data management, and routine administration tasks.
• Engage in quality assurance and testing for automations and integrations.
• Document business requirements and process flows.
• Support change management and end-user training.
• Build relationships across IT and supported teams.
• Learn and implement agentic AI solutions.
• Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
• Some experience with QA/UAT work and managing users.
• Desire to grow as a business analyst and systems administrator.
• Curiosity and creativity in learning new technologies.
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
• Ability to handle routine problems independently.
• Interest in building productive relationships with team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
