This role involves direct interaction with members and providers, ensuring timely and accurate support and documentation. The Care Coordinator will also participate in creating educational materials and marketing initiatives for healthcare awareness.

  • Serve as a clinical resource for members seeking guidance on screenings or other preventive measures.
  • Provide clinical support to the Support team through live member calls, emails, and chats.
  • Lead the internal review of client plan documents and prepare benefit coverage summaries.
  • Provide notice of coverage documentation for certain specialties.
  • Serve as a clinical point of contact for providers with clinical coverage questions.
  • Follow up with pending items to ensure timely updates for members.
  • Adhere to documentation standards for provider and member support questions.
  • Initiate and oversee the creation of marketing materials for healthcare awareness.
  • Proactively provide ideas on marketing and serving the member base.
  • Work on special projects as directed by management.

Requirements
