Requirements

• 3+ years as a full-stack engineer with desktop app experience.
• Mastery of real-time systems and low-latency optimization.
• Experience with audio processing and custom virtual drivers.
• Server-side expertise in Go/Python/Node.js/Java/C++.
• Fluency in UI/UX design for desktop applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.
• Bonus: Experience with speech technologies and real-time collaboration tools.
