In Short

• Join Cresta to support the Executive Team in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Provide calendar management and project tracking.
• Coordinate key meetings and events for the GTM team.
• Act as a liaison between GTM and internal teams.
• Help draft internal communications and presentation materials.
• Contribute to the execution of key GTM initiatives.
• Work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Gain exposure to executive-level decision-making.
• Support event planning and logistics.
• Collaborate with C-level executives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in administrative or operations support.
• Experience supporting C-level executives or senior leaders.
• Background in event planning or project management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
• Proactive and service-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
