In Short

  • Act as a Solution Architect and technical authority on integrations.
  • Design, build, and deliver solutions for enterprise contact centers.
  • Work on multiple customer projects and manage deadlines independently.
  • Participate in sales calls to remove technical barriers.

  • Experience with Contact Center platforms (AWS Connect, Genesys, Five9).
  • Proficiency with APIs, SDKs, AWS, Git, Go, Python, JavaScript.

  • Consultative approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Blend of sales enthusiasm, technical confidence, and precise execution.
  • Experience with Contact Center/Customer Experience platforms (AWS Connect, Genesys, Five9, etc.).
  • Proficiency with APIs, SDKs, AWS, Git, and hands-on coding in Go, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Ability to think big but deliver simple, impactful solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Consultative approach to problem-solving and ability to build strong relationships with technical stakeholders.
