Overview

The Customer Engineer at Pythian will engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic data solutions, leveraging expertise in cloud technologies and data management.

• Engage with customer organizations to understand their business and technical needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Architect or Cloud Solutions Architect.
• Strong knowledge of data management and lifecycle.
• Experience with Cloud architectures: GCP, AWS, Azure.
• Knowledge of database technologies and data warehousing.
• Experience moving data to cloud and designing cloud architectures.
• Writing or spec’ing out data pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud-based ingestion and transformation tools.
• Prior experience in a technical sales environment.
• Consulting and management experience preferred.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
