Overview

We have successfully developed an innovative SaaS CRM product – the technical product base is established. Now we are looking for an entrepreneurial sales personality to accompany the next decisive step: the structured market entry.

In Short

  • Independent establishment of an initial target customer list and active identification and qualification of leads
  • Conceptualization, implementation, and continuous optimization of outbound sales campaigns
  • Responsibility for the entire sales process – from initial contact to product presentation, negotiation, and successful closing
  • Close collaboration with the founding team to develop an effective market positioning and sales strategy
  • Systematic collection and analysis of customer feedback for continuous product, sales approach, and value proposition development
  • Establishment of fundamental sales structures, including CRM systems, pipeline management, and reporting
  • Preparation for scaling the sales area by defining processes, standards, and initial sales playbooks

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a CRM or comparable software environment
  • Proven successes in building or actively shaping sales processes in a dynamic environment
  • Strong initiative, hands-on mentality, and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • High level of self-organization and the ability to act goal-oriented in structurally not yet fully established environments
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident and convincing presence in negotiations
  • Enthusiasm for direct customer contact and a strong sense of responsibility for achieving sales targets
  • Ability to collaborate with founders and decision-makers on an equal footing – both strategically and operationally
