The Payroll and Benefits Specialist, Europe will lead in the administration and management of our compensation and benefits programs in Poland and the UK, ensuring competitive and equitable offerings that align with CreatorIQ’s strategic goals.

• Administer accurate and timely payroll processing for employees in the UK and Poland.
• Ensure up-to-date payroll records are maintained and reconciled.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support accurate payroll activities.
• Manage statutory filings and payments ensuring legal compliance.
• Address employee payroll-related queries professionally.
• Oversee employee benefits programs ensuring accurate enrollment.
• Act as the main point of contact for benefits-related inquiries.
• Support Global Employee Engagement through culture activities.
• Assist in the design and implementation of competitive salary structures.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience with Payroll (specifically Poland; UK is optional).
• Strong understanding of Polish compensation and benefits practices.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
