Overview

An established and growing manufacturer-distributor in the building products industry is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead strategic sales efforts across NYC and the surrounding metro.

• Lead regional sales strategy for building supply products across NYC metro
• Manage, coach, and grow a team of field reps and inside sales associates

Requirements

• 5+ years in building materials, construction supply, or related field sales
• Proven leadership skills—either current team lead or strong individual contributor ready for management
• Knowledge of commercial construction buyers (GCs, architects, contractors)
• CRM and pipeline management expertise
• Entrepreneurial energy and gritty sales DNA
