In Short

• Join our rapidly growing team as a full-time Customer Service Representative.
• Build rapport with families, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
• Educate families about the evaluation appointment and treatment process.
• Provide outstanding customer service over the phone.
• Accurately enter patient registration information.
• Coordinate information between physicians, insurance companies, and clinics.
• Handle 40 to 70 calls a day.
• Review financial responsibilities with families.
• Receive training on our unique processes.
• Work in a compassionate and efficient manner.

Requirements

• 1 – 2 years’ customer service or related experience.
• 1 – 2 years’ experience with computer software.
• Exceptional communication and human relations skills.
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
• Proactive mindset and quick learner.
• Professional written and spoken communication.
• Strong problem-solving and task prioritization skills.
